Exhibition / Trade Show Registration

The exhibitor tradeshow will open at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 21 with the Icebreaker and Exhibitor Reception and continue through to the afternoon coffee break on Tuesday, September 17. To maximize the opportunity to meet delegates and other participants, all breaks and receptions will be served in the tradeshow area.

Booth package includes:

  • One 10 foot wide booth with drape and rail

  • Table and 2 chairs

  • 1 standard 110 volt power outlet

  • 2 complimentary delegate registrations

  • Recognition on conference website, mobile app and in general promotional 

  • Ability to add promotional material (video, brochures) to mobile app

Price: $3,750 CAD plus GST (5%)

Terms and Conditions:

  • Exhibitor packages are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • Exhibitors are to supply high quality logo and other graphics/images with a transparent background (png format is preferred).

  • The conference manager reserves the right to decide the placement of logos and other marketing materials as long as corporate brand standards are followed.

  • The conference manager will do its best to accommodate special requests.

  • Exhibitor booths will be assigned by conference manager based on order of booking.
