Presenter Resources
In order to set yourself up for success on the day of your presentation, please ensure you have read the below information in it's entirety. On this page you will find:
Presentation Upload Instructions
The presentation uploading feature ois now open. Please login to your author account at https://www.xcdsystem.com/cgs/abstract/index.cfm?ID=PjI19V1 and click on the “Presentation” button. This feature will be available until September 19, 2025.
After this, you will be required to upload your presentation in the Speaker Ready Room at the conference venue before your presentation time. No speaker will be allowed to use their own laptop in the session rooms. If you wish to review your presentation, you will be able to do so in the Speaker Ready Room.
Presentation Guidelines & Tips
You will have 15 minutes total to present your paper – the suggested breakdown is 12 minutes to present, 2 minutes for questions, and 1 minute for set-up.

Please do not try to present your entire paper. Your goal should be to entice the audience to read your paper – show them just the highlights and avoid going into detail. A good guideline is one slide for every minute or 12 slides in total. Use large readable fonts and do not put too much information on the slides. The session chairs will end your presentation if it goes over time, so please make sure your presentation fits the allotted time.
Presentation Template
Please use the presentation template provided, and 16:9 format (not 4:3).
Speakers' Breakfast Info
On the day of your presentation, you are invited to attend the Speakers’ Breakfast at 7:00 a.m. It is imperative that you attend the Speakers’ Breakfast so you can meet the session chair, who will pass on any last-minute instructions regarding presentation schedules that day. It will be helpful if you bring along 2 or 3 sentences about yourself that the session chair can use for your introduction.
